G'day, I have a DTS package that I store in a SS2000 server which I've also saved into a SS2005 server. I've modified the package using Enterprise Manager and want to re-save the modified version into the SS2005 instance but it returns an error: "DTS package '<package name>' already exists with a different ID in this category" I ran a query against the sysdtspackages table in both the SS2000 and SS2005 DBs and the owner is the same. I'm using Windows Authentication on both servers. I suspect I could resolve this by deleting the existing package from the SS2005 DB before I save the modified version but I don't know how to do this as Enterprise Manager doesn't work with SS2005 and I can't work out how to do it using Management Studio or Visual Studio. Any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers peterD
