Viso 2007 Professional   

Is there a .dll or something I can add to turn on auto discovery for my 
network. I heard there was .dll you could add to do this.

No.
Network AutoDiscovery was part of Visio 2000 Enterprise, then Microsoft 
decided to "retire" the feature
