A user with Visio 2002 can't open some of his files. He wrote me, "A few weeks back, I had a new laptop installed with a new image. Ever since then I have been unable to open certiain Visio diagrams that I myself created on my old pc that, to my knowledge, had the same version of Visio." Can anyone recommend anything to help this gentleman? Thank you.
For a start you need to know which diagrams are failing. This sounds like a common occurence of previously having professional installed and the new image has the standard version installed. al "Brenda from Michigan" wrote in message news:BF690D33-7EF4-4C62-9F7E-642485FACEA1@microsoft.com... >A user with Visio 2002 can't open some of his files. The user has now determined that his previous Visio was 2003. It makes sense that 2002 cannot open his 2003 files. Thank you for your response.
