Setting Duration for the timeline   
How to set duration withi one day with intermidiate points?
It works only fro days, but I need to do draw a time line, lets say, from 
17:00:00 to 17:20:15

From the configure timeline menu you can set the start and end days to
be the same, set the hours to whatever you need and set the scal to
hours.
