How do you get Visio to show a shape outline when moving or rotating a shape? There is one PC where I work that shows a dotted outline of a shape when it is being moved or rotated but other PC's don't show this. It also shows a dotted line between a shape's rotation pin and handle when athe shape is being rotated. I can't seem to find which setting turns this behavior on. Any clues?

That turns on the outline when I move object, but I'm still not getting the outline and rotation handle extension when I rotate.
OK, I see now. Turning the option off gives me the desired behavior.
