Organogram behaviour PERT shapes   

I would like to use the organogram functionality where the chart can arrange 
itself.

Problem is, I want to use PERT type shapes. The little blocks in the diagram 
need to have more than just a name and a title. I want to be able to use a 
shape that has say 5 segments for some information. As the chart gets big, I 
just tell it to auto arrange itself and it happens.

Any ideas?
