Yes and no. You can set the page size of the foreground and background
sheets independently of each other, using the Page Setup menu. So, the
background can be forced to 11X17 landscape, and foreground to 8.5X11
portrait. Theoretically, you can have two foregrounds per background.
Unfortunately, I don't believe there's a way to position how the foreground
and background align with each other. Also, when you view the foreground
page, it will not show the portion of the background that exceeds the
foreground page.
