Fwd Button within a newsletter   

I publish a monthly newsletter that I mail to about 350 addresses.  Within in 
that newsletter, I'd like to put a button that open up an a mailto document 
with the newsletter attached.  That way a person could send the newsletter to 
friends.

I haven't seen anyway from within the help system to accomplish this. Is 
there a way?
