Hi, I am printing four tickets for our ball on each page of an A4 sheet of card. I am able to set up a mail merge to insert the numbers but I get four tickets with each number and they all need to be consecutive. Any ideas, Thanks in advance. Max
Are you actually printing a test run or did you just look at Print Preview? There's a know "issue" that PP only shows one entry from a Mail Merge, not all. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "news.demon.co.uk" wrote in message news:e0orj0$cpb$1$8302bc10@news.demon.co.uk... > Hi, > I am printing four tickets for our ball on each page of an A4 sheet of > card. > I am able to set up a mail merge to insert the numbers but I get four > tickets with each number and they all need to be consecutive. > Any ideas, > > Thanks in advance. > > Max >
Hi, I worked it out. I just formatted the invitation as a card and used an excel spread sheet with the numbers. Publisher would then print four on the A4 page.
