I have tried to design a 10x13 envelope for business purposes, using the template given for B4, as well as setting up a custom 10x13 size-- but they seem not to print properly. What am I missing?
Do you have a printer than can handle stock that wide? Can you setup your printer for B4 (JIS)? If you can then change your measurements to centimeters, setup the printer first and then your page. A B4 envelope is 13.898 x 9.843" or 35.5cm x 25cm. What is the size of your envelope?
