how do I print a banner(publisher) on a poster printer (Hp) one sheet

What version Publisher? Can you setup your printer for continuous paper? Usually 
the max is 44 inches.
Are you asking about a large format printer such as a Design Jet?

The version Publisher is 2003. the printer is hp 500 ser designjet
and i can't remove the page breaks

Look at this article. It is for Publisher 2000, but you may get some insight.
