How do I make a MS Project 2007 file Read Only?

Can anyone tell me how to make a MS Project .mpp file Read only?

Hello LEN123ZZZ,

In the Save As dialog box, click the Tools option in the lower left 
corner.  Select General Options from the menu.  Create a Write 
reservation password or select "Read-only recommended".  With a Write 
reservation password, others can open the file but cannot save changes 
to the file without the password.

In the future, please post general questions about Microsoft project to 
the Microsoft.public.project newsgroup.  This newsgroup 
(microsoft.public.project.pro_and_server) is an outdated newsgroup we 
are trying to shut down.
