We display Flag1 for editing by our timesheet users. This was editable in other projects' timesheets but is not editable in new projects' timesheets. I cannot find any reference to why a flag would be editable in one project and not editable in another. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
dbapmp -- In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is closing down. To answer your question, assuming you are using Project Server 2003, you must add the Flag1 field to the list of Published fields in EVERY project. Click Tools - Customize - Published Fields, add the field to the list on the right, and click the OK button. Then republish the assignments using Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments. The last step "unlocks" the Flag1 field for editing for all tasks in that particular project. Hope this helps. -- Dale A.
