I installed Project Server 2003 recently. Sharepoint Services and Project are on one Server, and the db is on a Shared SQL server. Everything was okay during the install and for a while after. I uploaded a couple projects, created the RBS, sync'd with AD to get some users and was working good. Then the Server was patched and rebooted. Now I can't get into Project Server. I've tried both PWA and using Project Pro and it won't log in. Give me the error: Project was unable to log you on at this time because the Project Server database cannot be accessed. Please try again later or check with your Project Server administrator. (5001) I downloaded and installed the editsite utility, it says everything passes and operating normally. But obviously, there is something wrong. Any help would be appreicated.
