Not enough permission to Open own project in Project   

Hi Everyone,

I've been working on a project plan which other project managers have
access to update in Project.  At some point, I tried to locate my plan
in Project and got the following message: "You do not have sufficient
permissions to perform the requested action..."

Any ideas?

I've already had the administrator assign myself as the owner in
project web access, but I can't get this opened to publish.

Sorry about the dupe posting.  What I noticed is that I only have
issues with projects within an RBS group.  I can see all projects in
other RBS groups fine.
