Re: Requesting Vacation Hours - Workflow
Hi,

My team is using the administrative project to request time off for a
future date. The project owner is the RM who has already published the
project as the owner. However, when the RM logs in, no notification of
the vacation request appears on the project server homepage. Any ideas
on what is wrong with our workflow?

Re: Requesting Vacation Hours - Workflow
Michelle --

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is closing
down. To answer your question, let me ask a question: Is the RM the person
who ORIGINALLY published the project assignments? If not, then the RM needs
to open the project, click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments,
select the "Become the manager for these assignments" option, and then click
OK. Hope this helps.
