I have run into two instances where a project plan has tasks that require update, but when you select Collaborate, Publish New and Change I get: 1. a message stating "An Update has not yet been sent to resources who have been removed from task assignments..." because the PM deleted a resource off an assignment. 2. Select OK to Proceed 3. Status goes immediately to Ready without Saving the project or brining up the window that shows the tasks to be updated and published. The same thing happens when I Publish All or Republish. If I select Publish Project Plan it does go through the save process, but the envelopes still show as requiring update. The project does not save and it does not go through a VNS update process. It seemed that when I was able to publish one individual assignment on the first project that the entire project cleared up and I can not publish it. The second project I have not bee sucessful in publishing. My environment is all Project Server SP2a
