Use Resources From Greyed Out   

With a MPP Resource Pool file open and a valid project open, when
Resource Sharing | Shared Resources is selected, the only option
available is Use Own Resources.  The Use Resources From option is
Greyed out.

A valid admin account is connected to the MS Project Server 2003
environment.

Any suggestions?  Thanks
