We currently have ProjectServer 2003 SP1 running on the servers and clients. We want to upgrade to SP2A (long overdue) but as we are in a locked down environment we cannot rely on the servers ability to allow users to download software, this has to be separately scripted. The question is can we mix the client versions during the period of upgrades i.e. after upgrading the server to SP2A will SP1 clients (both PWA and MS Project) be able to connection without issue or do we need to manage this in a big-bang approach?
