where can I download the control of pjGrid.ocx?   

Excuse me,where can I download the control of pjGrid.ocx? I am  redeveloping
the software of project.But when I install the project2002,I can only find
the pjgrid.dll without the pjGrid.ocx. I want to know where can I download
the pjGrid.ocx.Thank you.
