Right The problem is - when I print to a pdf the quality is not as good as printing directly to a printer. Also when we insert it into a powerpoint presentation the quality is not really good enough. I know I can convert a PDF to a Jpeg but again that is going through two processes. Is there a way to print directly to a Jpeg. The copy picture function will not print headings etc so this is not any good for what I want. Any ideas would be gratefully received Andrew
Andrew - "Snagit" is a great tool for copy and paste. Hypersnap is another solution. a great FREE one is CUTEWRITER which converts MS Porject, or anything else into .pdf format. Hope that helps.
