Is it different than what you can actually print? If Print Preview and an actual hardcopy are different, you check your print driver and/or try a different printer. If Print Preview and an actual hardcopy are the same, make sure you haven't limited the number of columns under File/Page Setup/View tab. Hope this helps. John Project MVP
