Project 2000 mpp on W2K won't open in Project 2003 on XP   

This .mpp opens everytime on theW2K laptop that created it, but won't open, 
as an.mpp or an .mpd on my XP SP3 Dell XPS 400 w/2gb memory and a 300gb HD. 
Anybody seen this behavior before?

Try saving the file as either <XML> or an  Access mdb file.  Then open that 
in 2003.
Sorry, I no longer have P2000 installed, I do not recall if these are viable 
options in 2000.
