Earned Values not Calculating With New Baseline
I have used MS Project 2007 to create a construction schedule. The schedule
is cost loaded, but will not calculate my Earned Values correctly for Task
Items that have lag (Ex: 100% Complete, but only 30% of cost is showing) .
These lagged items are incomplete work items that have been re-scheduled to
start/continue at the next possible date. I have looked at the resources and
they show, for example: XYZ [129%]. I have also checked my dates and percent
complete to make sure that everything is correct...and it is. How can I get
my earned values to calculate correctly?

Hi ,

Is the new baseline saved to baseline 0 ? EVA will by default look at
baseline 0 for info and not on Baseline 1-10.

Hope this helps
