Not displaying texts on Synchronize Menu   

Has anyone encountered the trouble of not displaying the text of Power Point 
when using Synchronize on Producer 2003 after reading the Slides ? In my 
case, all of the text is not displayed and only the background color of the 
text is displayed instead.When I confirmed the Animation Setting of 
PowerPoint,all is correctly moved/worked without any problems.
