"microsoft office powerpoint has stopped working"
I have a PowerPoint presentation that has movies in it. When I play the slide
show, I get the error message "Microsoft office PowerPoint has stopped
working...." at certain point. If I play the slide show very slow, the
problem may not show up. If I remove the movies, it works fine. Does anyone
know what is wrong with it? It seems this only happens in Windows Vista. I
tried the same presentation on a Windows XP computer, it works fine.

Thank you very much for any help!

See "My movie doesn't
play"---http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA100777161033.aspx
Hopefully it can help you.

RE: "microsoft office powerpoint has stopped working"
Thank you very much for your reply! My movies in the powerpoint presentation
actually can play. The problem is that I get the error message "microsoft
office powerpoint has stopped working" in the middel of the presentation and
the powerpoint restart itself when I skip the slide with the movie or go too
fast.

Re: "microsoft office powerpoint has stopped working"
Hi

It sounds like maybe a codec issue on the Vista machine (but I'm no
expert...). I would start by looking at the tutorials here:
http://www.playsforcertain.com/tutorial.htm
Or try the PFCPro trial:
