Rearrange the main Powerpoint screen view
I am trying to replicate the Presenter view in the PowerPoint main view. Is
this something that can be done? In other words, I'd like to put the slide
list across the bottom, the slide in the left column, and the notes in the
right column.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Pam

Hi Pam

I take it you're using 2007? I'm afraid I don't know of any way of doing
this. Perhaps if you tell us why you would like to do it we could offer
alternatives.

Re: Rearrange the main Powerpoint screen view
Thank you Lucy.

Yes, I am using 2007. The main reason I'm trying to rearrange the screen is
to get the "formatting" correct for the dual-monitor Presentation View. I
was recently made aware of the presentation view and I like using it.
However, the Notes cannot be formatted in the presentation view and I'm
having problems getting the notes to come out easy to read during the
presentation. If I can get the main PPT screen layout the same as in that
view, I can work on how the notes will look during the presentation.

Again, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Pam

Re: Rearrange the main Powerpoint screen view
Hi Pam

AFAIK presenter view won't show any formatting in the notes area
unfortunately. The only thing it does have is the magnifying glass to make
the text bigger.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news :-(
