Probably screenshots would state the problem clearly, because It is
hard to describe. There was an error that I don't recall and will
have to describe when I can get back to my Vista computer. The
application has a menu that only came up with part of the menu and
locked at that.
I can use Photobucket to provide screenshots. Do you know a better
way to provide a PDF of the screenshot for a newsgroup discussion?
One time when I was able to get the application to come up, it
appeared without the typical file/edit ribbon at the top of the page.
The only time I ever saw that before was when I did not have Access
installed and Office had a default capability to bring up an Access
application file if Access was not loaded on the computer. I know this
is not helpful yet. Let me get some more information....

I've got both Access 97 and Access 2003 installed on my machine that has
Office 2007 installed on it, so I don't think there should be a problem. Try
right-clicking on your shortcut for Outlook and select Run As Administrator
and see whether that makes any difference.
You might need to find some free service to host pictures that you can make
public if you want to share screen shots.
