Problem: I am unable to install .NET FRAMEWORK 3.5. Answers that I have found to my problem indicate that I must install all Windows updates first. However, I am unable to do that because KB951808 or KB946691 will not install, and I don't even have Office software installed. I am running Windows XP Home Edition, SP3 with OpenOffice as my word processor. I have searched high and low. Is the fact that I installed SP3 the problem. My ultimate goal is to run Microsoft Expressions Web 2. Please send any suggestions to my email address: agalus@galus.us
