I received a student addition from my university, and I registered it with a 21 character product key in 2007. I want to register this with another computer of mine, but it's asking for 25 character product key. I don't have 25 characters, and access to that. I recently found my confirmation scribbled, but only 21 key. How can I register MSOffice on my new computer.

Ask where you bought it, and it is edition not addition. What is the educational system producing these days?
Did you check with something like Belarc Advisor(www.belarc.com) the keys that you entered in the first time when you installed it on the first computer?? -- Peter Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged.
