How do I transfer Office to a new computer befoe the old one dies?   

Can I transfer Office to a new computer when the old one dies?   my Wifes 7 
year old computer has gotten the terminal slows and I have purchased a new 
quad 4 unit to replace it.  How do I go about transferring the Office 2007 
program I purchased for it onto the new unit without loosing too much data?

You have the data backed up, right? Office needs to be installed to 
work, UNinstall from old, install on new, activate. Restore data from 
backup.
