Microsoft Office 2007 Professional (Academic Box)
Help...please.
I found this on ebay. The price is affordable.
It would be for NON commercial use.

What is the difference between teh Academic version vs. retail version.

I would really appreciate any help on this.
2 hours of searching has given me limited results.
One is that it cant be used commercially...no problem there.
Then there seems to be a question of whether it is elligible for upgrades.

Thanks for all your help.

Re: Microsoft Office 2007 Professional (Academic Box)
Academic is for students, faculty, and employees of qualified secondary
educational institutions. Of course the price is reasonable - they aren't
supposed to be selling it. I remember hearing that academic licenses are not
eligible for upgrades but I can't find proof of this.
