Office Button Disable   

I am not able to retrieve the options that are under the Offive Button.  When 
I click on the button, it will highlight but nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to fox this problem

Have you tried Detect and Repair?

I did run the diagnostics and nothing was found.

Any other suggestions?
