ReStart issue   

Frequently after exiting Outlook (Office Prof 2007 ver 12.0.6300.5000+SP1) I 
cannot restart the program without restarting my computer (Vista Home Premium 
w/SP1 preinstalled). On restarting computer then Outlook I am asked if I want 
to start in safe mode. Any suggestions?
