Re: WEBBOT ERROR
To process a form on a web page you must Publish the page to a web
server. In your case, you must publish page to a web server running
FrontPage extensions since the form uses the extensions to process the
form data. Windows Vista Basic does not support a web server that also
supports FrontPage extensions.

I could not find a page with a form at http://goldbloc.com, but the site
is not running the FrontPage extensions so the form would not work
anyway. If the host supports the extensions then they must be
installed, other wise you will have to write or find server side scripts
(asp, asp.NET, PHP etc.) to process the form data.

Be aware that Publisher makes extensive use of VML text boxes for
layout. The problem here is that only Internet Explorer running on
Windows can render VML, other browsers (about 20 - 30% of your potential
customers) and operating systems will see poor quality pictures of your
text, not the text itself - and a picture of a hyperlink will not work.
Publisher did not get its reputation for being the worst ever web page
editing tool for nothing. You should use the correct tool for the job
in hand - Publisher for printed work, FrontPage (or Expression Web, or
other editor designed for web pages of your choice).
