OL2003 - I want to sort items in a folder by the file name of their attachment. I followed the steps in Microsoft Office Outlook Help: Customize how the screen reader sees attachments. The result was the word 'Attachment' in place of the paperclip icon for each item. I want to go one step further & see the actual file name listed instead of the word 'Attachment'. Is this possible? Thanks for your time.
