Re: Pages appear in the menu bar in Design & Preview, but not online.
Did you Publish the entire web site to the internet location, or just
the individual pages? If the website has FrontPage extensions then when
you change the navigation structure the entire site has to be published
(though this can be restricted to changed pages only). Publishing the
site also updates the navigation on the server.
