I have front page 2003, used it for quite a number of years and never had this slow typing problem before. I can type out two to three words before they start appearing on the screen.
Try turning off check spelling as you type. By any chance have you recently upgraded your computers video card? I turned off the spell check but still have the problem. Also have not added a video card. One other thing I can add to this is that I also have Expression Web on this computer and it wont open any of my webs. I had slow typing in EW before but it was attributed to having visual aids turned on so I wanted to see if it was acting the same as FP but all I get is an error message: " There was an error when trying to run Expression Web (Open as HTML). The command: failed." I will take that problem to the EW Forum. The only thing that I have done recently is remove the Expression Web Beta 2 but I dont know if that would affect both programs or not.
