Equation Editor for Frontpage
Does anyone know of an Equation Editor for Frontpage 2003? The one in MS Word
is the one I use for equations in Word documents but would like the same
fascility for displaying equations in Frontpage. Any suggestions on achieving
this would be welcome.

Re: Equation Editor for Frontpage
You'll need to use the Word one and save the equations as screen shot images
- the web does not support equation fonts

Re: Equation Editor for Frontpage
Thanks Stefan, It does work. I did however find that the graphic came out
VERY bold, with jagged edges. After playing around, I found the following
gave perfect images every time. After making the equation with Equation
Editor in Word:
1. Right click equation (in Word) - select Equation Object - Open.
2. The Equation Editor opens in a new window.
3. Click - View - ensure it is set to 100% (had an occasional problem with
size).
4. Click Edit - Copy.
5. Open your graphics software and paste into your graphics software.
I use PSP and I click - Edit - Paste as new image, and the graphic was
perfect every time.
If I then use tables in Frontpage, I will ensure to get the many equations
to display in the correct order and not be viewed as gobbledegook!
I have included this step by step for the benefit of others.
Thanks again Stefan
