Outlook Calendar with Mac iCal   

Is there any possible way that anyone knows of to share an Outlook Calendar 
with a Mac iCal user? We are currently running Outlook 2003. Would upgrading 
to Outlook 2007 and then share the calendar using the internet option work or 
the WebDAV server?

I'm looking for this solution as well.  Also, being able to accept 
invitations in Outlook from iCalendar protocol-based programs would be an 
immense help.
