drag and drop   

Outlook 2003 SP3

Hi,

I want to drag and drop a file into the notes section of a task and have it 
insert the hyperlink instead of inserting the file.  Is there a way to 
programatically do that?  Can someone point me in the right direction?

You can't do that with Outlook.
