I have a number of users who when opening email, the body is initially transparent (or blank). I say initially transparent because what appears in the 'body' of the message is what is visible behind the email. It is if the 'body' of the message is a window and you can see through to what is behind the email; and what you can see behind the email becomes what is now showing as the body of the email... Outlook 2003 is patched with the latest from MS. They are also running IE7 with the latest updates and McAfee Enterprise VirusScan 8.5i with the lastest patches. These users are all running similar IBM ThinkCentre workstations and they are up-to-date with patches from IBM; I tried changing video resolution, size, refresh rate etc..but no difference. I deleted the profile on one user's machine and created a new one and the issue seemed to go away for a day or two, but is now back. I am at a loss now. Any thought are appreciated.
Dou you have any Add-In installed in Outlook? If so, try disabling them ... -- David Hernández DÃez MCSD VS6, MCSD VS.NET "mtb_20851" wrote: > I have a number of users who when opening email, the body is initially > transparent (or blank).
