Want to remove deleted HOTMAIL e-mails (done when in OUTLOOK), from the hotmail server automatically . I want OUTLOOK to do this automatically. OUTLOOK HELP says YES if IMAP account, but HOTMAIL is a POP Account???? The same as above for an NTLWORLD (virgin) Account ( also POP Account)??? Can you have a HOTMAIL IMAP Account???
You would need to use the outlook connector to have the messages deleted on the server or configure outlook to delete messages as you download or when deleted.
