Trying to reinstall Outlook 2007 but file says Not Available
I am trying to re-install Outlook 2007, but from the Setup CD it indicates
"not available" on the Outlook portion. Is there any way to correct this and
get it back? My previous version was 2000 and I was able to re-install it in
the meantime. Even in the Repair portion of the Add/Remove section of Office
Programs, it has the same thing. When it was first installed I was unable to
change any Account settings and it would crash after attempting to open other
features or it would freeze. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Trying to reinstall Outlook 2007 but file says Not Available
if outlook 2000 is installed you can't install outlook 2007. You need to
uninstall outlook 2000 first.

Sorry, forgot to mention that it was an update version of the Small Business
Office 2007. My computer is running XP service pk 3, (if that makes a
difference).

Re: Trying to reinstall Outlook 2007 but file says Not Available
It doesn't matter what version it is - if you have any previous version of
outlook installed you need to uninstall it.
