I tried to remove Outlook so that I could start afresh but when I reloaded the program the old data and archive/personal folders were still available. How do I remove this data so that when I open Outlook I am given the program as it is from new, with the opportunity to set it up from scratch?
If you are trying to cure a problem a reinstallation rarely helps.
