Help! Can't read emails due to color   
My incoming/outgoing email text color is "yellow" not black 

Have read all of the "help" tips...none apply.

have gone thru "tools"....selected "Options" and changed colors several

times but it does not appear to be saving.

What message format do you use? Which version of outlook and which editor?
