Are some of the messages identical or are they two different sets for messages? if two different sets, copy the pst from the laptop to the desktop and open it using file, open, outlook data file. drag all the items from that pst into the existing one. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Are you saying you want the folders in the laptop also on the desktop? Just create them then. File>New>Folder. Perhaps you really mean that you want the _data_ in the folder on the laptop on the desktop as well. If so, then see if something here helps: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
