Hi, Users randomly get the above error message when they try to search in Outlook 2007. This problems seems only to occur in our Terminal Server / Citrix environment. What might be special here is that we have English Office 2007 installed and the Norwegian Office language pack installed. The following is recorded in the Event Log: Event Type: Warning Event Source: Outlook Event Category: None Event ID: 25 Date: 20.08.2008 Time: 11:21:29 User: N/A Computer: XXYYZZ Description: Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. The users are not running any special / advanced search. One way of fixing this is to delete the users roaming profile, however the problem comes back. Can anyone help? Many Thanks in advance! Clive
