We use FaxAgent from Axacore. It allows us to receive faxes in our email and also allows us to send. We began looking when we switched to VoIP phones and are fax machines stopped working. >From a sending perspective, we can send from email, print driver, or from our copier. It also keeps a history of all sent faxes which has been great for compliance. Hope this helps, Lance
