Distribution list email addresses
I am using a distribution list to email contacts that are on a panel contract
from multiple company's. some company's have mulltple email contacts. When
adding the member of the distribution list (as the company name) and adding a
second email address separated by a semicolon (;) I receive a mail delivery
error. Is there a way of adding multiple email addresses to one member of a
distribution list?

Thanks and cheers,

RE: Distribution list email addresses
No, each "member" of a distribution list consists of a single email address.

Re: Distribution list email addresses
DLs have many limitations.

I would use Contacts and make a new Field called "panel contract Yt666" as a
yes/no field. Then check the box for members of the panel. Any time you
want to email all of them, you sort by that field, select all those Contacts
and Action, new email to Contact.
